The Sensory Hug® is a garment designed to support the modulation of sensory input and manage sensory-seeking behaviours through consistent proprioceptive feedback. The Sensory Hug® aims to enhance the function of the wearer and help normalise activities of daily living by providing consistent and continuous deep pressure. Sensory Hug® garments may also help to reduce over-activity and abnormal behaviour patterns in individuals with sensory processing difficulties.

Clinical evidence shows that deep pressure can reduce overactivity and abnormal behaviours in individuals with sensory processing difficulties. However, it's often impractical to apply consistent deep pressure manually, so the Sensory Hug® was developed to meet that need in a wearable form.
